We all decided to hit the beach today and drove to Carpinteria. What a beautiful beach. The sand was pristine as I watched Uncle Shannon build sand castles. Buddha and Katie ran up and down the shore. Grandpa walked into the cold ocean. Petra and I played in the shade.
But, at some point, we all looked out and watched a bunch of dolphins jump in and out of the water. They were really far out and at first, I didn’t really know what I was looking at. But Grampa knew, and he told me where to look.
Mommy, Daddy, can you get me a dolphin?
